Length Adjustable Steel Panel and Butterfly Jacks

A modern twist on a classic concept.

Our aluminium panels can be partnered with our butterfly jacks to give the slimmest shoring brace without compromising a solid hold on protecting your grave walls. 

The Teleshore butterfly jacks are made from a steel construction, with a machined Brass thread to offer a 6” adjustment. This allows the butterfly to be extended out against the grave wall panel and held in place to reduce the chance of cave-ins and protect the worker. The butterfly jacks are made bespoke to size for you, and allow up to 6” adjustment. 

The Teleshore aluminium panel is made bespoke to size and offers the same robust construction as our hydraulic and speed brace panels. The lightweight and incredibly strong nature of these panels make them the perfect match. 

Panels are available in 14”, 18” and 24” Depth. 

Panels can also be made coffin shape and partnered with two varying-sized butterfly jacks. 

This system has become a favourite of hand digging with its lightweight approach and slender butterfly only adding two inches to the length of the grave being excavated. 

The butterfly’s are designed to be adjusted by either a small bar or socket.
