From the ground up, or in this case from below ground up? Rich has worked within the Teleshore group since early 2000’s. Initially working with the addition of
lifting equipment to the range and very quickly being part of the first MEMSAFE
team onsite carrying out memorial safety works. After managing the Memsafe
operation for a number of years, Rich moved into group operations to work
closer with Jim and Peter to expand the services we offered to the industry,
from exhumations throughout to bariatric interments. Moving on some 25 years,
Rich now heads up the group, continuing to work closely with each department
and looking forward to moving forward with the company and serving bereaved
families and colleagues throughout this unique industry. If there is ever a
spare moment, walks, sports and anything Welsh rugby normally get the nod.

Erica joined the Teleshore team in 2019, but with family commitments and the turmoil of Covid she stepped away to be more local to home more often.   The stars aligned in 2025 and Erica joined us again and is here to stay.  Erica can be found racing around the country meeting our customers and building fantastic relationships.  Erica loves to get involved with everything and continues to support the growth of the business.  Best of all, she loves baking and even better, loves to share!

Dave joined the team in 2015, initially to support our Nationwide Memorial Safety
Testing colleagues before putting his skillset to work heading up our Warehousing team.  Dave has continued to extend his knowledge and experience with in The Teleshore Group role, where he now
plans and manages our equipment servicing team. 
Dave ensures that our customer’s graveside equipment is in tip top condition.  Outside of work, Dave can be found stewarding at The Principality Stadium in Cardiff and spending time with his grandchildren and two dogs.

Diane is our Cremation Products Specialist and one of the most knowledgeable and experienced members of the team. If you have ever sought advice on cremated remains boxes, ashes bags, or crematorium supplies, there is a good chance you have already benefited from Diane’s expertise.

With many years of industry experience and a long-standing career with Teleshore, Diane has played an important role in the company’s growth and evolution. Her extensive product knowledge, practical advice, and commitment to customer service ensure that families, funeral professionals, and crematoria receive the right guidance and solutions every time.

Although Diane is often the voice behind the phone or the person supporting customers behind the scenes, many long-standing clients who have worked with her for years may never have had the opportunity to meet her in person. Her dedication, reliability, and wealth of knowledge make her one of Teleshore’s most valued team members.

Sian is our Memsafe Coordinator and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects across the business. Acting as a central point of coordination between teams, she helps maintain efficient workflows, supports operational excellence, and ensures onsite works are delivered seamlessly.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for data management, Sian has significantly enhanced the quality, consistency, and accessibility of the reporting information we provide to our clients. Her commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement has helped strengthen our reputation as a leading memorial safety contractor.

Known for her positive, proactive approach and exceptional organisational skills, Sian is always willing to go the extra mile to support colleagues, customers, and projects alike. Her enthusiasm and dedication make her an invaluable member of the team and a pleasure to work alongside.

Donna is at the heart of the Teleshore shoring division and is often the first point of contact for customers. As the friendly voice behind the phone and a key member of the team, she plays a vital role in ensuring customers receive the support, advice, and solutions they need.

Having been with Teleshore for many years, Donna has built strong relationships with customers across the industry and has likely assisted most of them at some point during their journey with us. Her extensive knowledge of shoring equipment, combined with a deep understanding of both standard and bespoke manufacturing capabilities, enables her to provide practical and effective solutions for a wide range of projects.

Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, Donna takes pride in understanding each customer’s requirements and ensuring they receive the right product for the job. Zak is one of the newest members of our team, and what a great fit he has been. Joining the team in February of 2025 and very quickly finding his feet with the vast array of products and services we offer, he became an instant hit with customers and the rest of the Teleshore team.  Zak’s experience and expertise lie within the sign and graphics industry, and he became the obvious choice to lead the in-house signage team at this exciting time of growth for them.

With average banter skills, but a great can do attitude, you very rarely hear him say no.

Gav has become one of the faces of Memsafe up and down the country. As operational manager for Memsafe he looks after the teams ensuring they have everything they need to deliver our impeccable service. Gavin has a fantastic skill set and is one of only a handful of BRAMM registered advanced fixers. That said he will also be found on any complex exhumations or specialist projects as part of the leadership team. In his spare time he will be found enjoying family life or as he says, working for his kids.

Dylan is the baby of the Teleshore Group and the one everyone loves. The worst kept secret is that he is Gavin’s son, which at one stage gave us no less than 4 father and son pairs in the building. Dylan has worked from a stone mason apprentice to a fully qualified stone mason fixer, memorial inspector and all round great team member. Regardless of how hard the day has been you will find Dylan in the gym or renovating his first house that he has just purchased with his girlfriend.
